Are you supposed to warm this to apply it to skin? It's very thick and I need to spread it on her arm. I'm a newbie to this stuff, thanks!

Very gentle warming would make it more fluid but don't heat it or the activity would be destroyed. Depending on the application you have in mind there may be better options.

Is it true that the bottle is not full when delivered. Read a few reviews where 1/4 of bottle was missing!

how do i decide which umf? are there any published data?

Mold? this jar of 10+ has a white film on top and is much thicker than the previous jars, lot 33853851 sep/17/2023

I've been purchasing this honey for 2+ years, only twice have I received a bottle like this. It is NOT mold and IS edible like that, I eat mine like that. However, you can gently warm the jar, and it should return to the consistency that you are used to. It's not mold, it's the honey crystalizing. (I'm not sure WHY that happens, but it's still usable.)
