The only thing I don't like about the camera it's got skips in it it don't capture right away motion detectors is not sensitive enough to soon as they start walking up the catches it way to after they get about halfway to my house before it comes on or when they I leave and it's very slow and delay I got 5G and it's only only the 2G thing it should be you have to be foggy and we only can use 2G so I think that's the problem with it and needs to be upgraded so it can have 5G so it can work better cause I have to wait on somebody's stuff is just half like phasing out or slowing catching the capture and all that It's a good camera of raw the view was nice night vision but the rest of it yeah it needs to be upgraded to a point where it's a quality camera for the device that I pay for it's a great camera to get me wrong but it's just like

So I bought 2 camera in 2021 . They seemed like they worked great. I purchased 2 more. But I couldn’t install the 2 new cameras on the app. I emailed company but no reply. So ended up returning the 2 cameras. And purchased 3 cameras from another company.Come to find out . The company is using a different app . So all cameras purchased before 2022 Will be using a different app. Very confusing.After about 1 year one of cameras stop working. The battery won’t hold a charge.I emailed the company directly to see about purchasing a new battery.I get a reply asking to send a screenshot of the battery. ..I reply right away with the picture. Because at the of the day. My house is now not being monitored. I have a blind spot.So you imagine I want this solve asap.I finally get a reply from company saying Sorry they dont sell that battery in USA.WTF THEY ARE LYING. I had an extra camera . So I tried to switch the battery. It worked perfect. I don’t have another extra camera to switch the battery. That’s why I contacted the company. They never even offered any solution.Just Sorry we sell that battery. They totally lying.So I need to put them on BLAST. Don’t pay from this company.So now I have order 2 new cameras from another company..Update…!So the company finally responded by saying…“ You got me wrong . We don’t have the battery but we can replace the whole camera and there is no way to take the battery out of the camera”..What a joke. I have pictures of the first camera I switched the batteries on . So here is proof this company are nothing but lairs.I just ordered 2 cameras from another company. I hope these camera will last more then a year.What a waste of time and money!!!This is definitely the worst experience I have ever had with a seller on Amazon.

Outstanding! We bought this camera because someone keeps destroying our mailbox. Set up was so easy, literally took two minutes and it was online and paired to my iPhone. The WiFi range almost seems impossible but the camera is mounted at the end of our drive which is almost 300 feet from our house and it streams us video in real time. This camera is far superior to our Nest cams.

I bought 2 cameras one of them keeps turning off and now doesn't turn on and now its too late to return and exchange for a new one

I have purchased 3 of these at separate times. All have quit working with in a few months. I have even taken them down and brought them inside to charge and still they do not work. When they did work and picture that was taken during day light showed up white. The only time there was images from motion was while it was dark. You could see video and had audio if you opened the camera at any point during day or night. THESE ARE A WASTE OF MONEY UNLESS YOU ONLY NEED THEM FOR 6 MONTHS!! I tried to email the seller about the white images during the day, never got a response.

All you will need is a good internet connection and a microSD card and you are good to go. This camera works very well day and night. It will even capture a cat crossing in front of your house (sensibility can be adjusted). You can see the cameras in real time, and also see the screenshots and recording it takes and stores.

Camera is offline. So disappointed. I bought the first one and went through the procedures and it worked for two days and stopped. It went offline and it simply shows that it's fully charged. I returned it thinking the camera was diffective and purchased another one. The other one came it worked fine outside for the same duration and went offline.Unfortunately one can't get any customer contact for help. If anyone can offer any advice to fix the problem, I will appreciate it 🙏
