Marine Aquarium Deluxe 3.0 Screensaver, Version 3

This screensaver goes way beyond what I expected! It is better than a real aquarium! The movements of the fish are incredibly realistic and some of the background corals are animated as well. The bubble sounds and the ripple pattern of light complete the illusion of "real".I have this on both my HP Pavilion Laptop running Windows 7 and my MacBook Pro running Snow Leopard. The software loaded easily and works great on both computers. Both versions allow you to choose which fish and how many of each (up to 30), and to make multiple sets of fish. Only the PC version allows you to cycle the fish sets so that each time your screensaver activates, you can have a different "aquarium" to view. The PC version also lets you change the lighting effects; however, the Mac version does not have this special feature. I feel like I have two aquariums in my office!You will not be disappointed with this screensaver!

I got the software which consisted of a disk which loaded a launch program. No key code was furnished with this software so in order to get it activated you have to get a key code. As far as I can tell from the web site there is no way to get a key code. if you go to the original serene aquarium web site there is not even a mention of a deluxe 3.0 issue of this software, however, there is a 2.6 version and a 3.2 version. you can do a test of the software using testfish in place of the key code, however, without an actual key code you will never run the software as a screensaver. There is a claim on the box to run with windows 7, 8, 8.1 and 10. Without a key code this software will not run as advertised.

I have to send in for a code. --- That's all I need is one more Code. Also I don't need the Company Logo on the screen ad nauseum. There is always something.

It's actually pretty neat, once you figure out how to get all the features working. If you only enter "TESTFISH" at the prompt it will start but only 17 of the fish will work. It tells you if you register you'll get to use all the fish. Baloney. I registered twice and that didn't make all 28 fish work. The manufacturer's website is useless as far as getting any usable information. But, thanks to another reviewer, I found a key code posted on Google that enabled all the features. So now the program is doing what I bought it for and it's very nice but you shouldn't have to spend an hour and a lot of effort to get here. I'd give it 5 stars if the manufacturer would fix this issue. Til then, it's two stars and that's a stretch. Here's the code that worked for me: JFXEH25XEKOM65ZTZJNE Yay, Google.

I downloaded a free version of a previous version of this many years ago and went to do it again recently and my malwarebytes program flagged it as having a virus luckily before installing so I figured might as well splurge and buy one. I looked at a bunch and read their reviews and this one seemed the best. Glad I got it. Way more fish than the old one I used to have and has a nice clock feature so you don't have to terminate screensaver to check time. I added a monitor and it automatically spread itself out over the two screens... very cool seeing fish swim from one screen to another. I added a third screen and it spread out across all three now very cool.Only problem was that when attempting to adjust settings it asks for product key and one was not supplied in box. Box was brand new unopened original package and had no serial number or product key. I tried using their website and was actually able to chat with agent who told me it should be in the box and ultimately referred me to send email to them which was never replied. I tried calling and spent a long time going in circles through automated options that just referred me back to website.In frustration I googled product key serene screen marine aquarium 3 and found someone had posted it. It totally worked!Thanks for nothing customer service!! Found it myself online!So all in all great program. Be prepared to possibly have to find product key online yourself. Getting a product key like that feels kinda bootlegged but at least I actually legitimately bought the software.If it would have had product key in box and I didn't waste a bunch of time with the company's poor customer service unsuccessfully, only to end up "stealing" one online, I would have given it 5 stars.

Use three monitors on two computers at work. One laptop with a single monitor and one desktop with dual monitor. This is perfect for that setup. It's relaxing, kicks off when I'm not on one or the other of the computers after 5 minutes. I've already started naming some of the fish like I own them. Don't use the music feature but prefer the bubbles as if it was a real fish tank. It's a nice distraction when programming or during intense phone support. Plan to use it for the next few years on the existing setup. It'll end up costing me about $4 per year by the time I get new computer systems and will probably work on the new systems as well. I see myself using this software for many years to come.

I ordered this program on a disc instead of online down load because I would have written instructions on how to install the program (which I really do not need because of my back ground in computers & I wrote code for web pages) but what I really wanted was a printed license number. A license number was NOT included, & efforts to contact Nova Development for one proved useless. I still have it in the box it was sent in, would be glad to send it to you even if I had to pay the postage.Regards, Stanley Calderwood
