ClairolRoot Touch-Up by Nice'n Easy Permanent Hair Dye, 8.5A Medium Ash Blonde Hair Color, 2 Count

Since using this shade I've received compliments on the color. I switched colors because my hair was getting very gold and brassy. This neutral color really toned it down and gave me a nice natural-looking. I didn't find it in any of the stores I shopped in. Great find.

Ordered the 2 pack medium ash blonde. Only one was actually good. The first one was a lumpy brown mixture. The markings on the boxes, tubes and bottles were identical.

When I noticed that the color was darker than expected, I pulled it through a bit to try and recover a bit. It’ll do for now, but it definitely is dark, more light brown.

Love, love this root touch up but if you are familiar with hair color you can just go to a beauty supply store and buy a hair color and activator and do the same at home using a partial tube and gave plenty left for several touch ups. I was proud of the supplies application brush though and will be reusing that for certain. Overall the product is a good one. Very pleased.

I don’t know how but the touch up blends easily with my salon root color and highlights. I am able to go at least three months in between professional visits. (And believe me my grays are awful). I usually leave it on for about 30 mins due to stubborn roots.
