is this a plug and play conversion from the standard 12v

For the most part yes. You are basically changing out the complete wiring harness for this one. You will need another 12V battery and I recommend the 24V 30000 RPM gearboxes. I also installed a 24V to 12V reducer along with a switch so I can have lights and radio working like normal.

Hello, our voltage is 24V, which is not compatible with 12v voltage. Different voltages will burn out the controller and circuit.
