I bought this device to help with energy levels and sleep patterns. I frequently have problems sleeping and get out of rhythm which then leaves me tired all of the time. I found this very easy to use. It is easy to install the strap to your car visor. It is easy to charge. It has automatic shutoff. It worked pretty well for me. First, I really like the auto shut off feature. I have trouble keeping track of time so the fact that it turns off at the end of the session works great for me. I found it easy to adjust so that it was at the right distance for me. It was also easy to adjust so that the lights hit my eyes at the correct angle. After the first day I could could already start to tell a difference in my energy level. After a week, my sleep pattern started getting back on a regular pattern. I had thought the light would be brighter but in the end it appears that it works at that level. Overall, I am happy with this purchase.

I can already tell that this is going to be good to get through the winter months. The 15-20 minute drive to work in the cold, gloomy mornings is the perfect amount of time for this light to take effect on my mood. I'm thinking I'll get my mom one also, I know this will give her a pick me up on her morning commute also. Pretty cool product, I'm happy I stumbled across this.

Broke after 4 months. Very useful but after the 4th month, the light blinks 3 times when I turn it on. This blink is similar to the 20 minute timer

I purchased this product for the purpose of avoiding Seasonal affective disorder (SAD) this year. I drive a lot and wanted to have on the go light therapy. I've had the light for about a month and have used it when it's dark in the morning or cloudy during the day. Subjectively, it does seem to help with mood. It is easy to use and seems very durable and of good quality.

I live in central Illinois where the sun does not come out in the winter for days. Couple that with not going out due to covid and losing my mom the winter blues have it hard. I thought I would give this a try. I used it for the 20 mins described and I noticed a difference the very first day! I have energy that I haven't had in weeks. I am finally getting things done that I have had on my list to do. I can't wait to keep using it and see how much better I feel in another week or so! Thanks so much for a great product!

I would have given 4 stars, but it does get in the way when you need to use your visor. You can remove Luminette unit but the bracket is the issue. Other that, I love it!

I was skeptical when I bought it. From my experience using other light therapy devices I expected this to interfere with my vision while driving. Surprisingly, it didn't at all, even though I was driving while it was dark out. The only critique I have is that the angle is not adjustable. Although there is a hinge on the light, the weight of the light pulls it down so no matter where you adjust it, it always falls to the bottom. The only way to adjust the angle is to adjust your visor.

Ich war schon etwas skeptisch, ob das Luminette Drive mich überzeugen und meinen Anforderungen entsprechen kann. Die Wirkung der Lichttherapie-Lampen ist nachweislich bewiesen, aber ob das im Auto funktioniert, ohne das ich abgelenkt werde, das war meine erste Frage. Auch stellte sich mir die Frage, ob die Lampe soviel Geld wert sei. Die Befestigung im Auto ist leicht und schnell an der Sonnenblende durchgeführt. Genauso schnell, ist die Lampe auch abgebaut und kann ins Haus oder Büro mitgenommen werden. Dort kann dann weiter blaues Licht getankt werden. Ich und meine Frau benutzen die Lampe jetzt schon einige Tage und vom Gefühl her, besitzen wir mehr Elan und fühlen uns auch fitter. Das kann natürlich auch an den Sonnenstrahlen, die die letzten Tage sehr aktiv waren, liegen. 100 % effektiv wird die Lampe wahrscheinlich wieder im Herbst und Winter was bringen. Wir benutzen über den Winter Lichttherapie-Lampen, die weißes Licht benutzen, und die Wirkung ist sehr positiv. Aber es gibt ja auch Menschen, die immer unter Depressionen leiden, und denen wird die Lichttherapie-Lampe sicherlich viel Kraft und Mut geben...! Die Verarbeitungsqualität ist hochwertig und dem Preis angemessen. 179 € sind verdammt viel Geld für eine Lampe die blaues Licht sendet, aber aus Erfahrung weiß ich das diese Art von Lampen schon vielen Menschen geholfen haben, beziehungsweise immer noch jeden Tag helfen ein ausgeglicheneres Leben zu führen. Und somit die Drive-Lichttherapie-Lampe von Luminette jeden Cent wert. Wer mag, kann die Lampe sicherlich auch im Haus benutzen und dort Körper und Geist pflegen.👍

In confezione troviamo la lampada, una fascia elastica per fissare la lampada all'aletta parasole dell'auto, un cavo USB A USB typeC, un alimentatore da inserire nell'accendisigari e un manuale utente in cui è presente anche la lingua italiana con una traduzione ottima. La lampada ha una porta typeC per la ricarica, un pulsante di accensione e 4 LED di indicazione, uno per lo stato di carica e 3 che notificano il livello di intensità della luce. Integra una batteria da 2200 mAh che garantisce fino a 10 sessioni di 20 min. La connessione tra lampada e fascia si ottiene grazie a un magnete presente sulla fascia. La lampada ha tre livelli di luminosità da utilizzare a seconda della distanza tra lampada e occhi. Non sapevo nulla della luminoterapia prima che il programma Vine mi offrisse l'opportunità di provare questo prodotto. L'ho trovata molto interessante per cui ho colto l'opportunità per provare questa lampada dato che la luminoterapia aiuta a regolarizzare il sonno che è uno dei problemi di cui soffro. La luminoterapia è fondamentalmente utile per tre grandi problemi: umore, affaticamento e sfasamento dell'orologio biologico. È quindi perfetto per chi ha problemi di questo genere e in relazione all'ultimo punto per chi ad esempio lavora la notte o ha problemi col sonno. L'utilizzo può portare a delle reazioni indesiderate come mal di testa, nausea, appannamento della vista e nervosismo. Davvero geniale l'idea di creare una lampada del genere per un utilizzo in automobile dove tutti passiamo almeno i 20 minuti necessari per la seduta. La lampada si deve utilizzare solo durante il giorno e quando c'è la luce solare la lampada non da alcun fastidio alla guida per cui l'utilizzo lo trovo decisamente sicuro. È sempre difficile offrire un giudizio di un prodotto la cui efficacia è difficilmente quantificabile. Non fa eccezione questa lampada per luminoterapia. È infatti difficile capire se i benefici che ho avuto dopo l'utilizzo siano effettivamente imputabili alla lampada o soltanto a condizioni particolari. Considerando che il beneficio è avvenuto durante l'utilizzo della stessa credo che in parte sia imputabile alla lampada. In particolare come ho anticipato ho problemi col sonno e dopo una settimana di utilizzo sono riuscito a regolarizzare almeno in parte gli orari. Riporto anche che non ho avuto nessuna delle possibili controindicazioni riportate nel manuale utente. Il prezzo di 180 euro è decisamente elevato in valore assoluto, ma c'è da dire che è l'unico dispositivo per luminoterapia da automobile per cui è un prodotto unico. Rimane comunque elevato il prezzo dato che i benefici che ho visto sono stati finora soltanto parziali

Lámpara para de luminoterapia muy práctica para llevar en el coche mientras se conduce y aprovechar el tiempo de viaje, sobre todo si de manera habitual o por trabajo se realizan viajes, se usa para tratar determinados aspectos como el trastorno afectivo emocional, la depresión, el desfase horario como alteraciones en el horario laboral o facilita la adaptación a trabajos nocturnos, por ejemplo, y para la demencia. Por lo que si estás sufriendo alguna de estas circunstancias en la vida diaria, puede que esta lámpara te pueda echar una mano con estos problemas y aliviar los síntomas. Sino estás sufriendo nada de esto probablemente no la necesites o no te sirva de utilidad, aunque tener efectos beneficiosos si lo quieres es subir el ánimo. El funcionamiento es sencillo e intuitivo, se coloca con la banda elástica sobre el parasol del coche, se enciende, orientando el ángulo de inclinación y al cabo de 20 minutos que finaliza la sesión se apaga automáticamente, por precaución. Normalmente las sesiones son más efectivas a primera hora de la mañana, al despertar. Lo que menos me ha gustado es que parece poco económica, cuesta alrededor de 180 euros, aunque si ayuda con una depresión, seguramente quien esté sufriéndola lo pagaría, porque son enfermedades muy serias que cualquier alivio o ayuda sirve.
