I'm sorry, I don't like to give bad reviews, but this product is practically useless and should not be sold as an incense holder because it does not catch a single ash. Left my desk littered with ash! The narrow design does not consider the distance which the droppings have to travel from the sticks to its base. Matter of factly, it is nearly as little as a wine bottle cork. The only thing it has going for it are the holes for holding your incense sticks. You may consider this for holding cone shaped incense.

It's best to break some of the incense stick off (the bare wooden part) before placing in the holder so it catches more ash. I really like it.

Good quality product, would recommend.
