Great item!
It was perfect for my daughter after she had her baby. The one she had was to large so I ordered a smaller one for her. She said it's comfortable and she can wear it to work for support.

Love it!
This is SO great for post partum. I had my baby and my back was hurting sooo badly. My stomach and core just felt so weak and needed support now that baby was here. I ordered a Large. Should have probably gotten a size up. I'm 220lbs, 5'5''. It still works good but bigger would've been better. It is frayed already and unthreading in some places is the only reason I gave it a 4 star rating. It arrived within 3 days I believe. Good price for what you get. Seems to be helping my stomach to go back down from pregnancy. And helps my posture if worn while nursing.

Product arrived in a good amount of time and I was showing happy that it comes in 3 parts. I can add as much resistance as I'd like and can adjust it so much more easily. I have worn this under dresses and jump suits after my surgery. I have recommended to friends and family.

Not plus sized friendly
I did the recommended size based on their sizing chart and it wouldn’t fit me so I figured I’d wait to lose some weight before trying again. Well I’ve lost 20lbs+ and it still doesn’t fit well. The material is very uncomfortable as well. Definitely not Plus Sized friendly.

Needs to use in conjunction with a specific abdominal exercise program
I am not post partum. I have diastasis recti due 2 my pregnancy 30 and 27 years ago. I never took care of it. Recently I have been having back issues directly related to the diastasis recti. I only use the abdominal and waist band. While using I perform isometric exercises and then I wear while holding in all ab muscles. After the first day it felt as though I had worked out for hours. I have noticed a very distinct difference in a week. While I know it wont cure my problem it will help until I can save for the surgery since its considered cosmetic surgery not covered by insurance.
