Good Tv, crappy remote
This TV works well. Good picture quality. Not sure how to explain it, but it sounds a bit different than any of my other TVs. But after getting use to it, it is ok. The remote is very temperamental, if you don’t point it directly at the blue light in the corner or more than 5 or 6 feet away from it, it doesn’t work. Luckily we just use the power, mute and volume buttons, if I had to channel surf it would annoy me way more.

I sure would not pay list price. 499.00. . Not even worth 92.00. I should hav known better.
The sound was so bad i could not belive it. I bought a sound bar and could not get it to work at all. NOT GOOD !!!

Do not use the TVs USB port.
I just figured out why these TVs quit working. The USB plug is defective on all these TVs. If you plug a USB plug into the TV, poof ! It fries the circuit board instantly. So do not use the USB port on these TVs !As for the remote control you have to point directly at the TV if you're at the side at an angle it won't work. The sound is little and Hollow sounding. Everything else about this TV is great, I just use it for a monitor for my surround sound system. So I don't need the sound or the USB plug. I can only use a 24 inch TV in my Hi-Fi stereo cabinet that's why I bought it for the second time.

Great picture. Poor sound.
Picture is great. Sound is poor. Fortunately, we hooked up an auxiliary speaker that we already owned which kept us from returning the TV. Price was great-$89.

Not impressed
Isn’t what it was described as.Haven’t heard back from the company as promised. They said they would contact me in 2 days after contacting the manufacture about the issues.

Poor quality sound.
CONS: Sound in tinny; Remote confusing at first use.PROS: Picture quality is good; Side botton controls are easily accessible; compact size is great.

Terrible sound quality
Absolute awful sound quality. If anyone has a fix, please let me know. Great customer service though.
