what size drill bit do you use for this 1/2 anchor

I used a 9/16 bit, but had trouble seating the insert and stem, I would use a 1/2" to get a better grab in the concrete.

How deep do these need to be set? I have the 4 1/2" X1/2" bolts.

the threaded portion needs clear of the hole and give your self a little room below it so what ever your securing down has seating point. its more of an eye ball thing than a prescribed go this deep

What’s the thread size on the 1/4” lag? 1/4-20?
