Great taste and keeps me full. I like it best when I use a blender, which makes it smooth and a yummy, healthy treat.

One of my favorite protein powders. This is the best flavor and it doesn’t irritate my stomach. I can drink this anytime and I enjoy this flavor in yogurt but mostly as a shake with milk and bananas. I always have this one in stock.

I've tried a few protein powders over the years and this is by far my favorite. I used to use Orgain but all of a sudden my body could no longer tolerate it and I got very bloated and felt sick almost every time I used it. I set out to find another vegan protein powder and stumbled upon this one.I think the flavor overall is good and like that it doesn't have any sugar alcohols or artificial sweeteners. I also like the added super foods.My only complaint is that it doesn't blend 100% well on its own. A foam develops on top and it starts to separate after drinking for a few minutes and I feel like I constantly have to stir it. However, if I blend it with a banana, the texture is much better which is what I normally do.So overall, I really love this protein powder and my body seems to tolerate it well.

At first the taste is a bit to get used to, it taste like chocolate with an extra something. But once you mix it and smoothies or other treats that weird after taste goes away.

My rating is closer to 3.5 than 3 but Amazon doesn't give those 1/2 star options.I'm a chocoholic, and it's rare to find a chocolate protein (vegan or not) that tastes like chocolate. This one, although not exactly like chocolate is very close but regardless tastes really good. It's mixing texture is a little gritty and I use a "Vitamix" blender, but I also use almond milk vs whole milk or creams. But it's doable. It's just not a "shake and go" type of drink without irritating your throat a little. But overall, the flavor, ingredients, and the fact that they give back to the community kept this on my radar.In the beginning when I was getting about 70-75% of the tub, it was worth it but when I opened the recent pack today, it was barely 50% full, and I bought the small tub.I'm going to buy one more soon, to see how full it is, to see if this is some fluke. But if it's just half full for $24, this can't be a part of my staple products anymore.

This protein powder tastes great and mixes well if you use a blender like a nutribullet or a vitamix etc. Some people have complained because it didn't mix well. I wondered if they used an actual blender and not try to just shake it or mix by hand. I tried mixing it by hand and shaking it and it was horrible and lumpy. My advice is to use a blender. Some reviewers didn't like the sweetness. To me it wasn't sweet enough but that's just me. I mixed my protein powder with chocolate Almond milk, a frozen banana and a no calorie organic sweetner and it tasted fine. I'm a chocolate lover so I won't say it tastes like a chocolate milkshake because it didn't, however as far as protein powders go it tasted okay. I love the fact that it's soy, dairy and gluten free. I will definitely be purchasing this again.

I have used this product for years before when it came in a pouch. While chocolate wasn't my favorite vanilla Bavarian cream was, but that was a limited run flavor, chocolate was an acceptable second choice.However now it comes in a canister and while supposedly the nutritional content is the same, it now tastes and smells awful. Like moldy clay. It may be brown, but it doesn't taste anything like chocolate or even "chocolatey". A quick glance at the ingredients shows that their is no cocolate/cocoa in it what so ever. I have to mix Hershey's unsweetened cocoa powder into it just to make it palatable. Will be unlikely to continue using the product in the future after this canister is gone.It used to taste better. It used to taste like chocolate when it was cheaper and came in a pouch.
