Great purchase
Actually arrived earlier than advised. It arrived well packaged and all the bits were present. Was a tad concerned about the instructions after reading previous reviews but managed it quite well and there is a video on youtube to follow also. Took us (a couple of pensioners) about 4 hours to assemble completely - this included plenty of tea and pee breaks. Lots of laughing and cussing as trying to put the fame together we really could have used at least one more pair of hands to stop the frame from falling apart until we got about a dozen of the springs in ( we did 4 springs on each quarter then went all the way round fitting every other spring then filled in the gaps) You also could do with someone who is a bit taller than my 5ft nothing to attach the safety net to the top of the poles. Couple of small gripes - ladder rungs can hurt feet - would have preferred flat rungs rather than round and the cord that attaches the safety net to the springs was about 3 ft short. No big deal really - it could have been the way I tied it although my method looked to be the same as the video - just bought some comparable cord ( about a fiver) and completed. All in all a lovely trampoline - feels sturdy - and the kids love it - even the neighbours kids have been on it. I think it may well get lots of use

Excellent trampoline
Excellent trampoline, very simple to assemble with no issues and good quality components. You just need to follow the directions accurately when assembling and you'll have no issues with it. Fast delivery too.

12ft version - BIG...BOUNCY...almost perfect, almost. (and its over the 12ft wide described)
Great Trampoline at a superb price...although I've only had it for one day, so time will tell.First of all it came well packaged in 3 separate boxes that were staples, glued, strapped and taped together. As most reviewers have already mentioned the instructions could do with improving and being clearer and more detailed. Thankfully there is a Kanga assembly video on youtube which is for either the 8ft or 10ft version as it doesn't have as many legs or poles as the 12ft version but the assembly is the same.Putting it together took me and my brother 3-4 hours, we were alternating the assembly as i had my two kids in the house and we were assembling it in secret with bedsheets over all the windows. The wifi was not working in the garden so we had to keep going in and out the house to watch each stage of the youtube video assembly. One thing i couldn't find out about these trampolines was how wide it was as in the overall circumstance, because although it says 12ft, the addition of the curved poles adds 6 inches width around the outside, which it pretty important if your planning on fitting it into a tight space (my photos clearly prove this) its only the base that is 12ft wide. One of the pole sleeves was torn so I've emailed the company fir a replacement, but in the meantime its duck tape to the rescue. The ladder is basic and i'd have paid more money for a ladder with actual steps rather than poles. The Trampoline surface is lovely and bouncy, and although the safety netting is on the inside, kids can still slide a foot out to the side and through to where the spring are, but at least its safer than exposed springs trampolines.Another question i have is why does the base level have to be quite so high? 2ft 8" inches to the top of the ladder...my son shoved my daughter as she was coming out of the zip exit and she went flying and landed on her head n the grass below. Trampolines are an accident waiting to happen...we all know that!!The trampoline does come with a spring puller which is great, but i didn't realise it did and so i brought an additional spring puller...but at least my brother and i had one each to pull the springs in ( make sure you align the springs properly and don't miss a hole as i did and had to unhook them all again...silly me).The padding is sufficient that covers the springs but it could do with a little more overlap to fold over the sides, plus its all a bit untidy around the ladder area as the cover does not account for it and tends to fold up (pictured).* I did not use the floor anchors as the 12 footer is sturdy enough without them*It can handle up to 120kg in weight, which is more than most trampolines i researched, but i don't plan on pushing it to that limit as id like it to last...so no giants allowed !! ( the 2ft 8"inch height to the base must cater for larger individuals to have a bounce on...so they don't hit the grass below).Anyway, so far so good and my kids absolutely love it as does my wife, they had a right blast on it today. so its a thumbs up from me.

Just the right trampoline.
I am very happy I made this choice. I researched trampolines for half a day before deciding to go with this one.The instruction booklet is utterly rubbish but thank god for the very well done video that the seller has made and that makes things so easy. The 6ft trampoline can be set up by one person...hard work but feasible (I did it, and I am a woman) in a couple of hours (it took me a bit longer as my 4 year old son, very keen to help, lost one of the nuts....and another from the new pack I had to buy).I love the fact that the net is pretty tight so properly holding the little ones back on the trampoline and VERY secure...the winter cover is easy to put on...I do it every time I think it is going to rain to give it that extra protection. If like us you want to protect your grass, you can move it (best have someone to help lift it or be very careful if you don't want to ruin the grass) even the ladder lifts up. It comes with what is needed to secure it in strong winds...It is the perfect size for 2 young children (and I am sure that one of their friends could join them -I know not recommended in the instructions) without taking all the space in our garden.I cannot comment on durability yet, but so far I just cannot fail it,,, and I have thought hard before I wrote the feedback.

Good Quality
After initially putting together, it looks as if this is a good quality product, the instructions are straightforward and easy to follow. One thing to note is that you will definitely need x2 people to put it together, i can imagine if you did this is on your own there would be alot of frustration leading to a lot of swearing!!!

NIGHTMARE to construct
Assembly was a NIGHTMARE! Took 2 of us 6 hours. The instructions aren’t clear at all and the video didn’t help us either. I’m baffled by people saying it was ‘easy’?! The actual trampoline is okay once up but very wobbly when bounced on by our teen as opposed to toddler. Fronds have had much more sturdy ones. We also found there wasn’t enough rope to adequately attach the net to the base and the ladder is poor quality. As others have said it did come quickly but for us the long assembly really made this a poor buy.
