These iron supplements has helped my iron levels go up in my pregnancy. It can actually be absorbed vs the ones you would normally be subscribed by the Dr. Also you should take them with orange juice or a juice that has vitamin c in it. It helps with absorption. (These are just my opinions and my experience. I am not a health expert or professional. I've just done my research. )

Love them! These make me feel so much better post partum without messing with my digestion! Other iron supplements messed with me so much but this one I don’t have to worry about taking stool softeners I can just enjoy having energy worry free.

Great brand with a good amount of iron if needed

I am not sure if this supplement was doing anything for someone who was badly depleted of iron during pregnancy to bring her levels up. It was definitely too low an amount to be signicant to a pregnant mother especially if she's carrying twins.It might work better for somebody who's not highly deficient and in better health.

This doesn't upset my stomach at all. I needed something to supplement my prenatal, which doesn't contain iron. I love that I can take this separate from my calcium to better the absorption.

I’m very sensitive to any supplements especially iron. But if I take 1 capsule a day of this iron I feel good, only if I’ll start taking 2 capsules for a week or so then my stomach becomes alittle sensitive but then I go to one again and it’s fine. I didn’t test my iron so I’m not sure how it is but I feel great, 38 weeks and have good energy.

Did not recognize it at first because packaging has changed since I last purchased it. No side effects or tummy issues and it keeps my labwork looking good, could not ask for more.

They still caused my stomach to be upset like all the other brands. 🤷🏼‍♀️
