I'm five months PP I had tried just about everything to get some kind of energy back. Between healing my body and exclusively breast feeding my body was severely lacking. On day three I actually have energy again even with my little one going through the four month sleep regression. So far I've had no digestive issues which normal iron tablets tent to do. If you're a new mom or just need to feel human again I highly recommend this product.

I’m in my first trimester, I take 1 pill 2 hours after meals or 1 pill before meals. No stomach pain, it even took my nausea away.

During my 3rd pregnancy recently (baby was born 9-2024) my iron and ferritin levels were super low during a blood draw my midwife took during 3rd tri. My ferritin levels were 11...
