Does this waist trainer make your waist smaller permanently?

No It won’t make your waist smaller permanently if you don’t exercise and have proper eating habits and I DIDN’T say diet. But wearing it on a daily basis will definitely help to keep you tummy in check whenever you eat and it creates heat so I truly believe it’s burning 🔥 the fat as well and it gives you great posture it’s a great product.

How noticeable is it under clothes?

It you’re wearing something thin it will be noticeable so what I do is I use my bag or my hands by folding then in front of the area until I’m seated

which is better among latex, breathable latex &steel bones. I got breathable latex, its my first time for waist training, not sure made right choice?

It is very tight and structured and it can make it hard to breathe if you have never done this before. You might want to get something that is not as structured for starting and then work your way up to this!

I’m 5’5 weight 183 and my waist is 38 inches I wear a size 7 in jeans and medium in shirt what size should I get?

Medium or large my waist is 30-31 but I fit the medium to its tightest notch

This product is a really good quality for its price.i was really disappointed when it arrived and tried to put it on i found it too small for a product that have no sizes to choose from.with this size it would just fit barely girls with no problems with weight or waist size. Not at all recommended for any one with a waist size more that 50 cm
