Legitimate flexi
Got this for my new rescue dog. I know Flexi products are reliable. I bought my 1st Flexi for my 1st rescue dog in 2023 (from the US) and I was happy with it. This is my 2nd flexi and I'm loving it. Reliable product and original.

Good functionality but broke quickly
Bought this lead for my 11kg 6 month puppy. Only last 2 weeks before the cord snapped. She doesn’t pull on the lead so assume this was a quality issue. Returned to amazon

Wrong order
Ordered for a large size, but the medium size had arrived.Took my large husky for a walk and the leash split open and my dog ran away.Very poor quality and delivery.

Great quality
Had a flexi for 16+ years and it recently gave out ordered this as a replacement so far it is better than the original. I have purchased other brands but they don’t last like the flexi brand

Sturdy and light
As expected this leash feels as nice as our older one. Although I find the handle is harder to keep a good grip on, especially with gloves on. It definitely gets scratched and dinged quicker too when it hits the ground. But the lock, retraction and overall use of the Flexi is great, I hope it lasts as well.

Indispensable!
In general, I don’t believe that retractable leashes are good for training dogs, and I’ve never seen a professional trainer who recommends them for training. However…for doing potty walks, this one is a MUST! My shih tzu pup takes forever doing the ongoing potty dance and I would go nuts with a regular leash. This is the best quality you can buy, I think, so the few extra pennies are totally worth it. I’ve had mine for several months now and it still works as smoothly and retracts as well as the day I got it. Definitely the best value for a retractable leash.
