The functionality is good, but the USB port could be more securely fastened in place. It fits well in my phone's USB-C port. The charging station is fast, taking about 40 minutes to an hour for a full charge. Overall, it's a good value for the price.

It has a lip on it that prevents charging when the phone is in the case. You have to constantly take the phone in and out of the case everytime you use this charger-highly annoying.

Every picture for this product shows a USB type A male connector on the end of the cord. It arrived with a USB C male connector (like the end you plug into your phone) which won't plug into most USB ports on a computer. The product does not match the pictures or description. Over a month after being notified, the listing still shows the same inaccurate pictures.

The winning point of this dock station is the adjustable position of the USB connector to the smartphone, which allows using the station with the phone in the case of any design. Not to mention the beautiful design and relatively heavy base (i.e., the stable installation with the open phone case).

Probably (pretty much) got what I paid for here but... the USB C connector sticks up juuuuuuuust a bit too far so the phone doesn't seat well in the cradle (hence the "A bit floppy" comment). That in itself is probably "OK" if you are using for yourself and you recognize that but I can see where somebody might try to push down too hard / rock the phone back and forth and end up damaging either the cradle or even their phone...

Great little tower. I can pop the phone on here and do a few things for like 15 minutes and it almost charges the whole way. Really nice.

10 bucks I figured what could it hurt to try it. But is looks good...solid connection when charging and charges fairly quick. Gonna buy a couple more for home. This one stays at work
