Good quality. It seems to take a while to heat up. Once heated it retains its heat and cooks meat, vegetables eggs etc. to perfection. So far all our meals have slid off the pan with no effort at all. I made a Spanish omelette with grated cheese and it was great not to have to worry about the cheese sticking to the sides of the pan. Overall a great buy. I have bought two .The only negative for me is that it does not have a lid.

Pretty, non-stick & easy to clean. Circulon is always my favorite cookware. You won't go wrong.

This pan is huge, great for cooking many portions. I actually prefer this pan to any other in my kitchen for all dishes... except stir-fry and any high heat dishes. It comes up short for two reasons. First, the portion of the bottom that is flat is too large for proper stir-frying. It should only be large enough to steady the pan, allowing you to continually push the food up the sides where it tumbles back down. This method sears food evenly. Second, you need high heat to stir fry, but is not recommended for this pan because temperatures above 400 degrees can release chemicals from the nonstick coating and also voids Circulon's lifetime guarantee.This is more like a traditional saute pan with very high sides that eliminates splatter and spills. That is why I still like this pan for everyday cooking.

I am returning this item. Not quite happy with this purchase.I have been using this brand for the past four years but I am disappointed in this item.Firstly, the cost is too high, 50 dollars and does not contain lid. You can get a better deal elsewhere like target/Macy.This pan is still too flat, it does not have the nice convex shape like a wok. So basically you end up using the flat 9.5 inch ish flat surface in the middle.Also, with 14inch as the size and the material it is using, make this pan/wok super heavy. Can’t not hold it with one hand.Also, this thing should come with a lid. Also the heat distribution is not great.
