What is the difference between the small and the medium

Hi Jamil,The difference is in the length of the strap. The small fits around an upper arm of 7-11". The medium fits an upper arm or 10-15". That's the only difference. Hope this answers your question.

Hi there! Yes, the touch screen will work through the plastic. However, for newer iPhone models that no longer have a clickable home button (like the iPhone 7 and 8), AssistiveTouch needs to be turned on so that you can access your lock screen. To turn on this feature, go to Settings > General > Accessibility > AssistiveTouch, then turn on AssistiveTouch. A new home button will appear on your screen and you can drag it to wherever you like on your phone to access your home menu. Hope this helps!

Anyone able to comment on how rain proof / sweat proof this model is?

We found that it is pretty sweat proof with no issues on the phone getting wet from sweat. However, I would not call it rainproof. You might get some protection from a sprinkling rain but would not trust it to keep your phone dry in worse conditions.
