I use this in my drinks when I am feeling a little out of sorts, especially during menopause. No flavor, just add to morning coffee or whatever you drink. Much cheaper on Amazon than at Whole Foods.

I suffer from SAD (seasonal affective disorder) from lack of sunshine in our area. Although Rescue Remedy really helped it wasn’t quite enough during winter. I’ve added two drops of Mustard a day in addition to Rescue Remedy - and what a difference!!!!! Honestly this is the first winter I haven’t suffered from feeling overwhelmed and sad! I take it daily and I swear by this stuff!!! Also - I did try light therapy and it interfered with my ability to sleep. These drops don’t do that. I do take them in the morning so they have all day to work. But if you’re feeling blue, cry easily, get angry quickly - Mustard will help. I love that it’s made from flower petals too.

I have used this product with my pets for many years. It is a staple item, like bandaids. It's very effective, couldn't be any safer.

My 15 year old female goldendoodle is still very healthy but seemed to be getting depressed because she couldn't keep up with our younger dog and wasn't able to be as quite as active as she was when she was younger. As soon as I started giving her mustard she perked up a lot and started being much more interactive and upbeat. I've always had good results from all Bach's remedies.
