I have used rescue remedy before, but wanted to try the white chestnut since it is for repetitive thoughts. This stuff is amazing!!! It really does help!!! I take 2 drops under my tongue as needed when my brain starts racing and I feel a difference in about 10 minutes. I have anxiety and the racing thoughts were absolutely horrible!! It is amazing how these drops make such a difference! My days are calmer and I no longer feel that gnawing in my stomach from anxiety and racing thoughts. Highly recommended! I am so thankful to have found this product!!

I'm honestly surprised this is working for me. I am more inclined to use herbal and natural remedies, but I also have a chronic illness that, despite years of various diet changes and a lot other things, requires medication at this time. I recently went through some intense emotional stuff, a lot of stress, started having panic attacks. And then, as I laboriously worked through some of my childhood trauma, cut off some toxic relationships, and started seeing some truth, my chronic illness has improved. I decided to try a couple of flower remedies to continue the emotional healing and supplement the work I'm doing (mainly reading relevant books, plus workbooks). A lot of this keeps me up at night, thinking and rethinking. Sometimes having nightmares. White chestnut has definitely helped with stressful, repetitive thoughts at night. At first I was having a ton of dreams, not nightmares, but that has tapered off a little bit. The other remedy I bought is star of Bethlehem and that is supposed to be helping me let go of my past trauma. Both of them are helping me get to sleep quicker and helping with my (now) mild anxiety during the day. I wish I would have tried it when my anxiety was more intense, I bet it would have been helpful. I was skeptical for sure but I will definitely be trying more.

This products works at times. Tastes good and does help calm my thoughts down. It just doesn’t work every time. Not everything does for me.

I would toss and turn for a closer 2 hours before actually falling asleep. Tracking my sleep cycle was devastating. That's when somebody suggested. Bach White Chestnut. I was a nightly user of unisom and needed something else. What did I have to lose? The answer is nothing. So I got it, tried it out and immediately noticed a difference. I fell asleep the first night probably within half hour and it only got better from there down to 20 minutes down to 15 minutes. Now I lay in bed for maybe 10 and I'm out like a light. This stuff is a game changer and I stay asleep longer and have better quality sleep! I put two drops in my water at the end of the night and I sip it until I'm ready for bed and voila. That's all there is to it. Very excited to try the other products this brand has.
