This is great for storage
This is great for storage. I actually use it to store my clothes. It's easy to see all my 30+ jeans/pants , 30+ sweaters, 50+ tops and all my workout clothes. I had a few issues and reached out to Ketter customer service and they were very helpful and responded very quickly. Some people have mentioned this storage is cheap. YES, it is cheap and that is why I bought it. Others have mentioned it is not sturdy. I'm looking for something light in weight and something I can lift all by myselfbecause I plan on moving and I'm tired of heavy furniture. This is the perfect solution, for a small investment I can store a ton of clothes that will not fit in my closet or drawers and I don't have to worry about moving a heavy piece of furniture when I move.

Great Customer Help and Great unit perrect for laundry room and storage.
OK, look every review I read was negative on this unit. Problems are in the instructions (and maybe a lack of patience) and some parts labelling.Pros: Its a durable soft but firm polyplastic with a great finish and mini detachable shelves. It is superbly engineered to fine tolerances. You have to get the parts correctly joined or it won't work as designed. Once you follow the assembly correctly, and it helps to have modelling experience and patience, then it fits together like a glove; mostly.Cons: The instructions have an error on page 12 with the center PKs being shown wrong way up. That meant I had to drill out 2 support shelf slots on it which was easy and it made the roof a little high. There are 2 joiner units PSC3 and PSC4 that are 1mm different in width so they must go in their correct slots. They slide in by hand and slight tap and they click in place. But a PSC4 won't go in a PSC3 slot due to size. As with all cabinets the door hinges need different assembly than instructions always show. Its impossible to attach hinges to the door as shown and then try to lean around the door and fix hinges in the frame slots. But, if you install the hinge in the frame first, then gently ease the hinge open using ONLY the screw lug to pull it forward then it pops to its open position 90degrees to the frame. Then attach the door with a good hand thumb (not hammer!) and they pop into the hinge receptors. Use the correct hinge screws for inner and outer hinge attachments. It does take a bit of patience to assemble and to actually read and study the instructions. If they put Top/Bottom or Front/Back on many of the smaller parts it would help avoid assembly issues and change how to connect door hinges. I managed to break the original hinges as I tried to open them pulling the whole hinge base forward and not gently using the screw lug.Customer Service: Keter have an awesome Customer Service lady - phone their help line on the insert page that came with the unit - and she sent me out replacement hinges at no cost! I got through to her straight away - no long holds. 5 Stars for Keter CS and now its all completed 4.5 stars for the unit which is perfect for humid laundry rooms although little tricky to assemble & instruction error. Keter did say this item was discontinued. Pity - we love it.

Worst Junk Imaginable Keter and their HDX brand as well
Cheap flimsy materials (understatement), HORRIBLE assembly instructions, pictures only, some make NO sense at all and at least one illustration is absolutely wrong (shows a part upside down which will cause things not to fit in later stages). It will take you 3 hours or more to put it together, that is IF you can find the hidden parts that for no good reason are nested inside hollow parts that don't get used until a later assembly stage. There are NO online instructions or videos available. The instructions to mount the hinges are particularly useless, leads to needing to call them to sort it out. Even then the person I spoke to (who admitted to lots of customer calls/confusion over this) didn't do a good job of explaining the process, took about 10 minutes to sort it out (absurd). He was pleasant and patient enough, but no good at quickly resolving the well known issue in a clear understandable manner.Several of what should have been holes for screws were not ever drilled out, many of then actually had a small plastic nipple protruding that I had to take time to rake off, and then of course poke out the holes myself. The four shelf supports are very difficult to install, takes excessive force to insert and align them before the screws can be inserted (into the afore mentioned holes I had to open up). Those without much physical strength will definitely need someone to do this for them. There's four small plugs you have to install into the back, looks like at some point they deleted some (much needed) cross braces that went into these openings which would have kept the cabinet from flexing so much and causing the doors to stick and hang up. Sure you can level it (more on that below) to adjust door closure, but as soon as you add or remove weight from the shelves the cabinet twists and the doors hang up again, it's garbage!VERY slow to ship, and then it arrived with damaged parts (more on that below as well)There's dozens of screws that according to the instructions you have to install by hand. Power tools will strip the cheap plastic, and you can't set a clutch on a drill because the material's resistance varies waaay too much from one fastener to the next. Then there's the mystery package of screws of a different length that has nothing whatsoever to do with this cabinet, if you use them by mistake it will cause even more issues.Hard to believe that the four back panels are even cheaper than the rest of it... but they are! Nothing but very thin (and badly dented) corrugated panels, like a very thin/cheap cardboard box material but plastic instead of paper. Now you know why the photos don't show the back. There's lots of plastic bits protruding all over this thing that should have been trimmed during the manufacturing process. Some of it is sharp and must be sliced off, further increasing assembly time.Mine arrived with a couple of damaged hinges, and the replacements were MUCH slower to arrive than promised... so it took nearly a month before I could mount one of the doors! The padlock tabs are one of the few things that you don't need to screw on, and are the one thing that really, really should be better secured. They just press into the face of the door and are a complete joke in regard to securing the cabinet. The shelf load ratings are a joke, NO WAY this thing will safely hold the claimed amount of weight. Especially true if you need to use (you will) the cheap plastic leveling legs that are on only four of the six support legs. Once you use any of the four levelers then the other two support legs are no longer in contact with the ground, and believe me, this flimsy cabinet needs their support. Not knowing it was the same company I also bought several shelf units from Keter at Home Depot, where they were marketed there under the HDX brand. LOTS of broken parts discovered upon opening the packages, after several days of a horrible runaround I was promised replacements within 5 days... but it took 13 days for them to arrive, and the replacements arrived heavily damaged, worse then the ones I already threw away. They said (in essence) "tough luck, we will not send any more parts, you'll have to make another trip to Home Depot". Even though the instructions in the package specifically state to NOT return them to the store.... Auggggh! This is the short version, the actual overall experience was far worse, DO NOT buy ANYTHING fom Keter, nothin' but cheap junk products with substandard packaging and less-than-worthless instructions.
