The hanger bolt was too short and wouldn't tighten without using loctite
I have a 2016 Cervelo S5. The bolts provided with the hanger initially tightened enough to hold the hanger without any wiggle. After removing the derailleur several times the hanger began to wiggle and wouldn't tighten. Loctite might provide enough grip but I replaced the bolts with a slightly longer M3 that I had retained from wheels mfg. The ones from wheels mfg were probably M3x8s

Update Feb2022- Its been about 6 months and the threading on the hanger is stripped, poor craftmanship? I can't tell. Everything else seemed to be fine.I have the 2017/2018 frame the previous generation from the current new one. Good quality and fit the frame good. No complaints. Would buy again.
