Mis-matched parts
Ordered the Valve assemblies for a project. Both boxes came with just a bunch of individually wrapped parts, typically the parts have slots in the carton where all of the parts fit. We were able to assemble one valve but the other valve did not have the right parts in it and had to be returned. Next time I will order directly from a plumbing supplier.
