This is my fourth time buying H2Ocean Healing Rinse, and it’s easily the best oral rinse I’ve ever used. I originally bought it for canker sore relief — and wow, it works fast. I used to mix organic sea salt with warm water at home, but this is so much more convenient, and honestly more effective. No mess, no measuring — just twist and rinse. The Arctic Ocean Mint flavor is clean and refreshing without being harsh, and I’ve noticed improvements with dry mouth, post-dental healing, and even occasional sore throats. I LOVE IT!! I just had wisdom teeth surgery (3 out in one session) and one of them was impacted.. Two weeks after surggery it was still hurting and causing ear pain, I wish I had seen this mouthwash before! With just ONE rinse it stopped hurting and the pain in my ear went away!! If you are unsure, don't think about it twice!! It's worth the price and ir heals the rest of your gums as well, not taste wise.. It doesn't taste good (mint+salt=eww, fuchi!) but still it's a very good mouthwash if you are recovering or have wounds 🥰

I've been getting mouth sores regularly for the past 6 months due to stress and weakened immune system. Some were lasting for more than two weeks but this rinse has helped immensely. I use it as directed and find it to be much more effective than making my own salt and water solution-- and it's more convenient. I find the flavor of the mint version pretty funky-- I disliked it at first but got used to it over time. It's more like a slight mint aftertaste rather than the kind of mint you find in most mouthwashes or toothpastes. I'm making this a regular part of my oral hygiene routine until I get out of this phase of stress symptoms!.

I wasn’t too sure about this product, but I had a slight cut on my gum, so I gave it a try. First, the salt taste really hits you at first. Then, it tastes very much like the old Sucretes lemon lime throat lozengers. Leaves a very refreshing feel after use and my mouth feels very clean.

Leave mouth feeling clean, it has a pepperminty and salty taste.

Am giving 3 stars because I KNOW this mouth wash works well. I just can't stand the taste. I would go for the lemon version. Sent this version back.

I started using this product after a dental extraction that I had a few months ago. It helped ease the discomfort from the extraction, left my breath fresh & clean. It helped heal the area where the tooth was extracted quickly.

Tried this by mistake at a friend's house. Now i cannot live without it. Highly recommended for anyone that cares about the health of their mouth and throat.
