I recently purchased this comfortable and supportive mattress and I am so glad I did! It has been a lifesaver for my sleep. The mattress is well made with quality materials and is so comfortable to sleep on. I have had a great night's sleep every night since I bought it. Feels like a a quality mattress. By

After sleeping on a 35 year old saggy mattress , this one seemed rather hard at first ,and the first night I didn't like it at all, but after a few days it got better and now after two weeks I really feel comfortable sleeping on it , I shift positions a lot and it is more difficult to turn in and I have had to adjust the way I get out of it. I just used to sort of flip over and out in one movement and with this one that does not work and you could end up falling out on the floor. But now after two weeks I find myself sighing in comfort as I settle down. I really do like it now but it does take a bit of getting used to and its probably not for those who like a soft mattress . My husbands only gripe is that it is harder to sit on the edge of the bed to put his slippers on because of the dip at the edge but he finds it very comfortable otherwise

Great quality product for the price range tbh wasn't expecting a lot as my last one cost me double the price of this one but became very lumpy🙄Takes a bit if getting used to if you haven't had a full memory foam mattress before but oh my god it's like sleeping on a cloud!It literally cocoons your body in all the right places and the added bonus is there's no roll together 🤣 also no noise getting in and out of bed

At first I was Disappointed feeling it was too soft and couldn’t get comfortable on it. My last mattress was a medium to firm but this was much softer. I regretted swapping to this mattress for the cooling factor to start with and wanted my old mattress back that made me hot. After about 2 wks I am now used to the mattress and absolutely love it. Much cooler when sleeping and great body support. Would buy again.

My old mattress was starting to sag etc after 8 years of use, I was experiencing back and neck pain. I'm so glad I replaced it with this!Delivery was quick and contactless.This mattress is excellent value for money compared to memory foam branded equivalents.Some people may find it a little firm but I like the support that it gives and no more back or neck pain. This is also great if you have a heavier partner, the transfer of weight under his movement does not disturb my sleep now.The gel layer feels like you sink into it every time you get into bed, and it stays cool throughout the night. Brilliant product!

I had to return this mattress as it is extremely hard/firm, you lay on top of it with hardly any give to the mattress.I am a side sleeper and after 5 days my shoulders were hurting me so much & the side of my knees were painful it was waking me up several times a night, I ended up sleeping on the sofa.It was on the 100 night trial so I tried to return on line but it wouldn't let me, so I thought I'd call Amazon customer service, however it is very hard to find a phone number to call on the website but eventually I did.Once I spoke to someone at Amazon, the service was brilliant and very quickly dealt with. They gave me a choice of days for collection & explained when I would get my refund, really excellent customer service.Whilst this Inofia mattress definitely wasn't for me, it is a well made good quality product and the cover on it is lovely and soft to the touch, if a very hard/firm mattress is what your looking for then this is the mattress for you. I think Inofia should ensure they are giving an accurate description of how hard/firm their mattresses are.

I bought the mattress but it wasn't really medium firm, it's very firm and I didn't get on with it at all. That is my sleep preference, though; if you like a firm mattress, you will love it. The actual quality of the mattress was superb. I contacted customer service and they couldn't have been better, perfect actually. They sorted out a softer replacement for me with no issues and were incredibly speedy. They are a company that is true to its word and I really appreciate that. Would definitely recommend them.
