They Stand Behind Their Product!
Update: I sent a message to the folks at Athye, complaining that both laptop chargers failed after 3+ months and they stood by their 1 year warranty (asking me to send them pictures of the charger and of my laptop model# on the bottom of my computer, and upon receipt gave me a full refund). That's great customer service! See original problem below. _____________________________________ I bought two of these charging adapters to replace an adapter that my wife lost. Initially, both of the adapters worked fine but within 3 months the first replacement adapter began acting "flaky", sometimes not charging. I'd check the connections, take them apart and put them back together again tightly and it would work for a few minutes, then stop charging. The same thing happened to the second adapter a few weeks later and within 6 months both of them are useless. I had hoped to get a good buy but sadly, I just purchased a couple of cheaply made adapters. Durability is terrible.

Excellent product Great craftsmanship!!
Product arrived in excellent condition and met my expectations. The new item appeared to be the exact duplicate of my original equipment and immediately started charging my laptop. What impressed me most is that the product arrived 1 day ahead of the posted arrival time. Upon further close inspection of your item, it seems to have excellent quality and craftsmanship. Would definitely purchase this item again!!
