Exceptional product. Works very well. Has three commands, beep, vibration and shock. Each work very good. I have small dogs (yorkies) and have the vibrate setting at 30; the shock set at I.The settings on my remote that this collar works with goes from 1-100. So you can see how affective/responsive the electrons in this collar is. It is very easy to pair with your device. The cost is very reasonable compared to those sold in pet stores for close to $100 or more. My dogs respond to the beep. So I really don't have to use the vibrate much, and I only used the shock once. I don't like using the shock on my small dogs because I personally feel it's too harsh of treatment and it causes them to become too submissive. But it DOES get their attention. What I really like about this collar is it can be sized to fit small dogs! I strongly recommend this product.

I was going to have to rehome my dog because she was behaving in an unsafe manner around my child. As a last result I bought this and it helped sooo much! We only have had to use the beep sound. She hates the beep sound and it gets her attention and causes her to calm down right away. It worked very quickly. We took it off of her and then she started to act crazy again so we put it on her again and she started to calm down. I guess she just needed a refresher. The thing is you really have to pay attention and make suure that both the collar and the remote are charged at all times or you will be annoyed when you go to use it and it doesn't work! Also just to let you know, in order to test it, it needs to not be charging. All in all, i would recommend this product.

This is the second collar I ordered, it worked so well on the first dog, I ordered one for the other dog. The one controller will control two collars and was very easy to program.My daughter was visiting over the weekend, she brought her dog. He was not being very good and jumping on the sliding door and barking. She borrowed one of the collars and was amazed at how her dog totally settled down and quite jumping up withing 5 minutes. He only needed vibration correction about 4 times. She immediately ordered the set (collar and controller) for her dog.

They need to be replaced every couple of months and this is unacceptable.

Package arrived on time. Product works just like the collar we had to replace. No problems at all.

The description said that this was for a replacement collar and receiver. When we received the order the only thing it included was the receiver. Very misleading.

This item broke the next day needs better clasp for the collar.

It works great
