Just wanted to toss my hat in with all the others who have said Nutrafol worked for them. My husband and I both take it, and we have noticed a significant difference in the quality of our hair. I have very fine hair and have always had difficulty getting it to grow past a certain point. Now it's longer and thicker than ever. Remember, hair grows slowly, and you have to give it time. But it's worked for us. One more thing I want to share. After taking Nutrafol for a while, I went to my hair stylist. There were all these short hairs sticking up. I thought my hair was breaking off, but she said, "No! It's remarkable, but that's all new growth!"

Definitely works! You need to use it for at least 3 months to really see a difference, but my hair over my entire head became thicker and grew faster and seemed healthier. I really like it and only wish it was less expensive. I could definitely tell that my hair was less nice and more hair was coming out in the shower/brushing after I stopped using it for a couple months. My recommendation is to use the full amount for 9-12 months and then try reducing from 4 to 2-3 pills per day to stretch the supply. However, I do have 1 especially thin area and I did not notice any difference there. So, you need to start using this as soon as you feel ANY thinning if you want it to 'save' your hair.

You will not see results the first month, you honestly will start seeing results after three months of using it. You’ll see how your hair stops falling and you’ll start seeing chunks of new strong thick baby hair growing in the spots where you’d see your scalp. Great supplement for hair. Grows faster and improves texture of hair. Not much new hair growth. Take 4 pills/day- easy to swallow. No side effects if take with food, otherwise minimal nausea.

I did not grow any hair, nor did this thicken my hair. My hair is thinning I guess from aging (I'm 62). I would not recommend this product. Not effective at all!

The product does help your hair become thicker again but it works quicker for some than others. I have been using this product for several months now and was disappointed with this order because the bottle of 120 was short a few capsules. So when I opened the refill pouch I counted them to make sure all 120 capsules were there. These are expensive even with a discount so it is disheartening when you don’t get what you pay for.
