I cannot live without this stuff. I suffered for years after gallbladder surgery until I found this product. I have tried several other brands and these work the best for me. If I eat a meal without it I have severe heartburn, bloating, I’m miserable. They are worth the cost to me.

Excellent product!! I regularly use these enzymes for digesting foods with gluten and diary, and I feel great afterwards. I highly recommend! I have been using this product for several years. This enzyme combination has been really helpful for my food intolerances. It has a spectrum for breaking down the most common carbs, fats & proteins - including casein & lactose in dairy, & parts of one of the major gluten proteins (gliaden). This is not for people who have true allergies or celiac disease to be able to eat those foods again, but for those with a leaky gut or other minor digestive issues.
