GREENIES Original Petite Dental Dog Treats, 27 oz. Pack (45

Mon gros toutou les adorent

My dog thinks they’re treats. I think they’re dental care. We’re both being slightly deceived, and honestly, everyone’s happy.

My Mini Pinscher loves them!

It was the first time that this excellent product was delivered a few days late.

Our pooches LOVE Greenies. We've been purchasing them for about ten years. Each month I used to make the rounds of the different on-line sellers to compare prices, shipping, etc. When Amazon began offering them through the Subscribe and Save Program, I signed up and never looked back. Once in a while I take a moment and compare prices with other sites, but not once has Amazon been beat (when comparing total cost of product, tax, shipping). When our oldest dog got sick, we gave him his meds in a soft treat at the same time every day. The other dogs would get a Greenie at the same time because I couldn't give only one dog a "treat" without feeling guilty. Years later, the oldest dog has passed on, but right around the same time every day our other dogs gather at my feet without being called. Their internal clocks let them know: it's Greenie Time. I kid you not, they do a little happy dance as I pull the box from the cupboard. We laughingly refer to Greenies as Puppy Crack. For the record, we've never seen worms or any foreign material / objects in any of the many boxes of Greenies we've gone through over the years. We did have one scary choking moment when we sat a neighbor's dog for the first time, but I reached in and pulled the Greenie right out of his throat (and got bit for the effort). After the fact, his guardian advised us that he never chewed his food, just gulped. Cruel as it sounds, I only let him watch the other dogs getting Greenies from that day forward (you know the old saying, once bitten..). So, if you have a dog that's a gulper, these probably aren't a good choice because they look to require at least some chewing. Even if your dog's not a gulper, it's good practice to stick around and observe whenever you give a dog a treat or toy. And, with Greenies, size IS important. Note that they come in different sizes for different sized dogs.
