Perfect fit for an itx HTPC.
Very low profile, perfect fit for 1U case very little noise even when it ramps up. The backing mount plate sits above the mother board components and not on them, very well built.

Very Low profile - 1U compatible
I needed a CPU cooler for an industrial PC that was in a 1U depth case. Very hard to find something that fits, but this one came up so I gave it a go. Ultimately it keeps my i7-47xxq nice and cool and still fits. One can hear it quite clearly when it ramps up, but its good enough and means the PC is usable again.

Great product, quiet and quality
Excellent product, very quiet and replaced original Xeon stock fan for my 1U server. I confirm this works 100% with a supermicro-compatible motherboard, I use this fan in a Supermicro 512L-200B 1U chassis. Highly recommended.
