This nmn supplement product is trustable and effective

Really wonderful product. Without NAD mitochondria cannot work, we feel fatigue discomfort... everyday life is bane. So think, how would be miserable for a mito patient to live a day. A total mess... My physican suggested to take add NAD to other supplements.... The change was wonderful. Totally satisfied with the product, confident now.... can gradually come back to normal life. Thanks to Truniagen NR. The price is so high, if moderate it, it would have helped many mito patients... as I they have to take many more costly supplements regularly to maintain their daily life.

I’ve been taking Tru Niagen for over 6 years. The first 2 years I took 300mg/day but then increased due to the studies which say that your NAD boost is dose dependent. I had blood work done after 3 years and again after 6 years. It was either the same or better than all my blood work going back over 15 years. I follow the peer reviewed clinical research that comes out on Niagen, and It’s good to see that there’s real research that supports my anecdotal experience taking Niagen. A few examples are: in over 6 years, I just don’t have those brain fog days after lunch. Instead when I want to focus on work, I just focus on work. I don’t watch the clock, hoping for bedtime to arrive. I feel resilient. I believe that Tru Niagen helps with immune response. It continues to amaze me that in over 6 years, I’ve taken 2 sick days at work. I also feel like it helps my hair, nails and skin. You do need to just take it regularly and wait a couple months. For me it took maybe 6 months before I felt like numerous benefits were noticeable. Also, you need to know it’s not going to make you a super hero. It’s not a quick fix for an unhealthy lifestyle. You do need to pay attention to your body to notice. For me, I noticed by observing my life honestly and saying wow this is a time when I remember saying no to things before - no thanks I’m not feeling up for a night out, no I’m too tired to clean out the garage today, no let’s not goto the park and throw the football around. While now, I feel like my default answer is yes - yes I’m going to tinker with my hobbies after the kids have gone to bed, yes let’s organize that garage sale, yes I’d love to do a long bike ride. Then there’s some days when I truly surprise myself. Like for example, waking up at 5am, driving the family to whitewater rafting, rafting till about noon, take the family to lunch, drive back to the cabin, clean the cabin for 3 hours, load up the family and drive home arriving at 11pm where I wasn’t drowsy at all on that drive. At the end of days like that I think wow, this is the kind of stuff I did in my 20s. I just feel good. But it’s really hard to pin this to Tru Niagen unless you take it over a long enough time and take a very high level and honest view of your own life. Anyway that’s how I was ultimately convinced. Because I care about what I put in my body regularly, I follow who else believes in Tru Niagen, and I have looked into where it is made etc. Tru Niagen has the FDA NDI and GRAS designations, as well as NSF certification (pro athletes can take it). It’s worth noting that NMN for example (a different NAD booster), has actually been banned by the FDA for sale as a dietary supplement in the USA. Tru Niagen is as of now, the only NAD booster I know of that’s actually made in the USA. I want to be able to trace my supplements right to where they are made and I can do that with Tru Niagen. It’s public knowledge that the Chiefs, Buccaneers, Patriots and Yankees all take Niagen. That means six of the last twelve teams to play in the Super Bowl, and five out of the last six winners, take Tru Niagen. I don’t think any of the other NAD booster brands come close to Tru Niagen in the above ways.

I’ve been learning about this product for a while , and one day, I decided to try it . I’m so regret that I didn’t try it faster. It’s so good. I love it so much. I’ve been dealing with insomnia for almost 3 months and my health start having problem I don’t sleep enough and after I take this supplement I don’t need any melatonin. It just put me to sleep like a baby. And I woke up again. It’s eight hours. I have so much energy in me. It feels like I’m going back to my 20s again. I just love this product. If you’re dealing with insomnia, try this one, but I have to take it the earliest in the morning. So you have energy in the morning and sleep at night.

しばらく継続して飲んでみましたが、体調や疲れやすさなどに大きな変化は感じられませんでした。カプセル自体は飲みやすく、毎日続けやすい点は良いと思います。ただ、価格も安くはないので、もう少し実感できる変化があればよかったです。
