Based on the application information given of 2004 Jeep Cherokee 4.0L, the Jeep Cherokee was not produced from 2002-2013 so because of that Dana/Spicer U-Joint 5-213x does not show to fit this application/vehicle. Now from 2002-2007 the Jeep Liberty was produced in North America which is what would have replaced the Jeep Cherokee during those years and in the model year you gave of 2004.

If you are unable to find the u-joint referenced diagram within Amazon's site I would recommend going to www.spicerparts.com (North America) and hover over “literature” and click on “automotive/commercial”. Then in the top left corner there is a “keyword search” box, in that box type in K350 and hit enter.
