Aperio Natural Phytoceramides Anti Aging Capsules, 30 Veggie Capsules

I've been using a few different brands of phytoceramides for several months now, and I love them. This brand works great. The capsules are small and easy to swallow, and you only have to take one. There's 30 per bottle in the Aperio brand, so this lasts 1 month. Ceramides are basically fat cells that keep your skin moist. Phyto-ceramides are plant derived fat cells. The claim by Dr. Oz is that this product is a "facelift in a bottle" and there are lots of videos on youtube talking about this, showing before and afters, and claiming it to be pretty amazing stuff. I can't currently make any claims to the efficacy of this product, as I have only had them for a week, but I took a picture of my crows feet on day one and I will take another after my last dose from this bottle, which should be in a month, and I will see if there is any noticeable, and relevant, difference. One of the youtube videos that I watched included a woman that has a sponsored channel regarding makeup and stay young secrets. She claimed that she saw no difference between before and after, but that as she was using it during the winter months and her face was feeling summer strong, she thinks there may be some anecdotal difference. She claims she will continue to take them even though she sees no direct difference. I am hoping to be able to give a clear answer one way or another as I am a 34 year old male, I currently live in Hawaii, I generally take poor care of my skin as is, and yet I don't get a lot of sun as I work indoors. I think this allows my skin to avoid any huge fluctuations in ambient humidity or any major changes in sun exposure. We shall see.I received this product free in exchange for an honest review.
