This is my third copy and after moving to AU not sure if all the herbal plants are here. Saying that I am thrilled to have this book again! As well, there are other books/herbal authors that I found are very helpful. -Healing with Whole Foods: Paul Pitchford-Amazing book worth every penny He goes into different body types and what would work herbily with that body type as well as foods. Its a big book, but doesn't overwhelm, isn't confusing. -Michael Tierra: The Way of Herbs, great writer and herbalist. -Dr. Axe: Which is also online on YouTube -Dr. Christopher: there is a website with formulas, you must be vigilant in looking for it because Dr. Christopher's legacy is not just treatments but education. -Matthew Wood-great herbalist, though I must say some of his writing is eccentric but still great and interesting. -Rosemary Gladstar-wonderful herbalist has books on Men's health as well as Women's -Susun Weed: She's a bit of a eccentric individual but her take on Women's Formulas is spot on. As well, I've found some of her formulas online.
