This works in exactly the same way as the 123 and envelope boards, just on a smaller scale. This does mean that greater accuracy is required, both in cutting the initial paper square and in aligning it on the board, to ensure the finished envelope is neat. The board has both imperial and metric measurements marked on it, but only the imperial instructions are on the board itself, the metric ones supplied on the instruction booklet. The only drawback is that the paper size/ card size/ score line instructions are absolutely tiny and the alternate lines printed white on blue are almost impossible to read.

I watched several tutorials on this before ordering. It is useful and I can now make Whale Tail Tabs as there is no tab punch available, so far, for this design. But as far as making file tabs is concerned, it takes a few tries before success is achieved. Using the paper cutter that is part of its design, I accidentally cut into the tab so I would advise having "try outs" on odd bits of card first.As with all WeR Memory pieces, it is good quality but think it is probably over priced for its limited use.

A great idea but as someone else has mentioned white writing on a pale blue background is almost impossible to read. I had to get a magnifier and good light to see it and then it wasn’t easy, I’ve had to print a card out with measurements on it to save frustration every time I use it. I also own the larger board and with both of them they are not consistently accurate no matter how careful I am. Nevertheless they are very useful. I find with a lot of WRMK products you cannot rely on getting a decent product every time, very hit and miss. More quality checks needed before hitting the market.

I bought this to help me make 170 luggage tag place cards for a friend’s wedding. I wasn’t sure at first whether it would be able to withstand such a high volume of use but I wasn’t disappointed! It was easy to use and worked a charm. I think I’ll be able to continue using this for some time - Yey!I was using it on Daler Rowney canford card which is 300gsm.My only criticism would be that the size of the hole is very small. I’m hoping that it won’t cause a problem. If there were a way to adjust the hole size depending on the luggage tag size, I would give this five stars

I recently purchased and loved the tab punch board so thought i would also purchase the frame board for framing little pictures or doodles in my bullet journal. It is easy enough to use but the frame wasn't cutting perfectly. There was always a snagging bit that needed trimming off or the frame looked uneven. Thankfully someone on You tube suggested pushing the blade on the guillotine forward and then cutting which gives a cleaner cut.I love these boards, they are super cute and don't take up much room.
