Gorgeous! The amount of detail they were able to get into this crystal is very impressive and so realistic. At first I thought I wouldn’t be happy with the size but the small is ‘t too bad. Next time, I would definitely increase to a medium or large. It also came in good time-quicker than what Amazon had initially said it was going to arrive. . I know my mom will love her Mother’s Day gift.

I ordered this for my friend who's dog passed away at 11 years old. She was so devastated by his passing I wanted to do something really special for her. I ordered the medium heart and it literally took my breath away when I opened the box! it was even BETTER than I had hoped. When I gave it to her she gasped and said "OH MY GOD!" and we cried good tears...the ones that will help her heal. She sent me the picture I attached to this review, he is on her nightstand so he watches over her. I believe it will help her in the grieving process. Shipping was just a few days from when I ordered and it is BEAUTIFULLY gift boxed. HIGHLY recommend this gift for anyone...buy the largest one you can afford with absolute confidence that it will be AMAZING!

I got this for my mother for Mother’s Day this year with a picture of my brother, who unexpectedly passed away April 2, 2021. Not only was the shipping fast and quick, but the quality of the item and engraving is beautiful. I highly recommend this. The lighted base is an added bonus to make it pop. I gave the heart shape as a gift to a friend who recently lost her dog. It is beautiful and she was very touched by the gift as now she will have a life long picture of her furbaby to enjoy.

The product I was sent was so much better than I envisioned. I ordered the Medium because I worried whether it was worth the money. Size will not be a worry next time, it's worth it.

omg this was the worse item i have ever gotten from amazon and the sad part is they tried and messed it up worser the second go around i was so dissappointed i so wanted to show case that item, especially since my love my friend my everything passed away due to covid he was my country marine and put up a brave fight to get back home to me but it was just to much for his body so that is why i was so despart in wanting to have it redone, and even though they tried they didn't try what i had ask the to try which was take out the 3D just in case that was the reason for it being destorted and not looking like either one of us. Oh how i was very shocked at the product service it was a mess in the worse way to me.

What can I say but... WOW! This is such a gorgeous way to memorialize a loved one. We lost our little boy, Blueberry, to pulmonary fibrosis & tracheal collapse in November. When we first saw this- with an incredibly detailed 3D image of our beautiful baby that literally follows you no matter where you look(up, down, left, or right)- tears filled our eyes. We miss him greatly. This product has helped to ease some of the total soul-crushing heartbreak we are going through. It's just so lifelike.
