You will get answers!
I’m so thankful for UCARI. I first discovered this company when my late baby boy, Pedro was having a lot of issues after introducing him to The Farmer’s Dog. He became very itchy, lethargic and irritable. I ordered the pet kit and got the results back very quickly; it turned out he was intolerant to almost every ingredient they used. We stopped immediately and within a week he was better. Fast forward 3 years and I’m experience a ton of “allergy” symptoms in Seattle where the pollen is so dense it has its own zip code. I had allergy testing and the doctor told me I wasn’t allergic to anything, told me to move to Hawaii, and handed me a list of antihistamines. Perplexing to me being as antihistamines supposedly only help if you’re allergic to stuff. *eye roll* Anyway, I don’t usually find doctors helpful (I work with them for living) so came back for my own UCARI intolerance kit and turns out, I’m intolerant to every single tree that grows in the greater Seattle area. We already had a plan in motion to leave the area because of it, but at least I know that I am, indeed, deeply bothered by my surrounding area and it confirmed again that I can figure out my own damn problems. Thank you UCARI! You changed mine and my late baby’s lives.

Great insight into hidden triggers
The Ucari sensitivity and intolerance test gives deep and clear insight into things that could cause skin and gi issues, the test has helped me establish many items I've been consuming as triggers for many symptoms I have and their test gives you a ingredients checker on the sight to help you purchase items that do not contain things on your test. Like for example granulated sugar is on my list so I switched to raw sugar and now do not get heart burn with my morning coffee. I've also used their pet test with great success for my frenchie

Has truly helped
Ok so bear with me on this review. But for starters this has truly helped when doctors have not. Back in December my eyes started watering in January they turned red and irritated. I thought infected. See a Telehealth doctor who says it’s allergies but prescribed eye antibiotics, which helped for a couple of days then kept getting irritated. I go to an allergy doctor who does an environmental skin test but no food allergy testing and I have anaphylaxis. I am put on antihistamines oral and eyedrops. That didn’t help. I go to TWO eye doctors who both say allergies and prescribe steroid eye drops. That helps a little but my eyes continue to get more and more irritated til they are red, red red and have like a haze over them. So one eye doctor said do your homework and try to figure out what you are allergic to. So I just start changing what I eat thinking it was what a lot of people may be allergic to. Well that did not work. So I finally turn to Amazon and find this Intolerance test. I get my results and it said severe intolerance to Potato, which I had eaten that very day and my eyes started flaring up worse. So I was like well that must be accurate. So I try to eliminate my severe and moderate foods, which come to find out I was eating moderate foods for breakfast, lunch dinner and snacks (oatmeal, eggs, hazelnut, Monterey Jack cheese, mozarella, tomatoes, Greek yogurt, and cashews) like literally EVERYTHING I was eating to be healthy. So since 5 days ago I have stopped the moderate and severe, unless I am unaware of them and my eyes are better. Still watery and pink but not infected looking red. So since 6 (yes six) doctors aren’t helping and telling me to do my homework or they don’t know what else to do, I am thankful for this as a starting point. But like Ucari points out it does not test for allergies. Because it had I had normal tolerance for ragweed which caused anaphylaxis when allergy testing. So know that. But my reason for 4 stars is some things on list seem contradictory. Like it had I was intolerant to coconut water but not coconut milk, or coconut. But, since it noted coconut water I am eliminating all coconut because I was drinking coconut milk in coffee. It had severe intolerance to garlic but had normal tolerance to garlic powder. So I am trying to avoid garlic… which is quite difficult. However there are some intolerances noted that were confirmed from past experiences. Example I was eating a lot of items with tomatoes and started itching all over… realized it was tomatoes…all that said to say I believe it has very beneficial information, but since some items are contradictory I am just giving four stars…. But if you are like me and desperate for answers may want to give it a try to at least get a starting point, annnd this helped because no one has even considered food allergy testing for me…. Hope this review helps you to decide if the testing is right for you.

A waste of money
They advertise this to help with your dogs allergies. Well, it is a joke. I purchased the 1500. Kit, hoping to find out about any allergies. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! I was expecting to see some real results. It said to keep y dog away from kumquat....what???? Or soy sprouts or mustard.....it was ridiculous results for my pet. Nothing about grasses or the environment to keep my dog away from. Oh well live and learn I wouldn't have given 1 Star except I had to, or I couldn't submit my review.

EXCITED FOR THE FUTURE
This product is amazing. The portal to view your results is very easy to understand and navigate. I have started liminating the severe and some of the moderate. And have notice signs of improvement. Excited for digestive and skin improvements the longer I monitor my intolerances.

Question validity
Apparently I'm intolerant to Red Pepper but not intolerant to Bell Pepper (Red). You would think Red Pepper must mean something else, but in the description it says red bell pepper. No one QCed this? There is no consistency in the headers. Some foods are Capitalized Like This and others Like this, while some are all lower case. It said I'm mildly intolerant to egg whites and I eat 4 eggs a day. I don't understand how I'm intolerant to cheddar cheese but not every other cheese, and black tea but not green tea. I wouldn't take the food results too seriously. It said I'm deficient in omega 3 and biotin. Omega 3 doesn't make sense. I take Nordic Naturals Ultimate Omega, krill oil, and eat a low-inflammatory diet. I cut out most seed oils. I have almost perfect skin and my nails are as hard as rocks. Biotin makes sense because I have white hair in my 20s. Everyone in my family started getting white hair as young as 12 (we're Asian)... When I take biotin my skin turns hard and my lips flake and peel off like nuts. One time I got a giant cyst on my face when I never get acne. I obviously have some genetic problem with biotin. It said I'm intolerant to a few random species of mold and trees, and horse meat. It says no animal intolerances, which is true. I think there's validity to bioresonance but I don't have much confidence in this test. I read articles where people tried multiple tests and they all got different results. I got suspicious when I asked customer service whether chemical hair dye and bleach will affect the results. They said it doesn't. I don't understand how it won't affect the mineral/heavy metal composition of your hair. The only thing I learned is I have a biotin deficiency and intolerance to a bunch of chemicals put in processed foods. Almost everyone is intolerant to BHT, sodium nitrate, hydrochloric acid... I could've saved money by taking a heavy metal hair test.
