Does the serum actually work, has anyone seen an increase in eyelash length?

I have seen an increase in my lashes. This is the only eyeliner I was. It must be applied close to your lashes. I only put on top lid. I do believe my lashes have "hit" the max they will ever be.

Is this water resistant or waterproof. If you touch it does it leave ink on your fingers or under the eye? I do not want to look like a panda.

It's def water resistant. My eyes water from allergies and it never budges or runs. It's the only eye liner that stays put on my eyes and I've tried many.

Is this one the brush tip applicator??

It’s a very fine brush applicator tip. Works really well!

Is this vegan-friendly?

Not sure about vegan-friendly ingredients, but it is cruelty-free!
