Awesome sauce
These boards are awesome and I wish I would have known about them sooner. I had lipo 3 weeks ago, but before I learned about these boards I had no protection against my skin when wearing the compression garment. As a result, a crease formed. Once I learned about these sturdy boards, I purchased immediately. They are sturdy, stay in place, and an awesome bargain for the quantity. I highly recommend. And, they come in fun colors. I went with black to keep things simple.

Back board useless
The back board do not stay in place, do not give the compression it needs under the compression garment. Ab board worked fine.

No more pinching and sore spots from ribbing
Can't live without these; they helped me with all the pinching from the ribbing

Low quality material
Foams were good but front and back board are made of very bad material. The boards are flimsy and they do not stay in place, they slide over to the other side plus they do not help help the faja with compression.
