Works great, but silly enclosure design.
Remarkably "plug and play", considering what a powerful technology this thing really is. I'm irritated that the enclosure is clearly MUCH more bulky and space-hogging than necessary. That's a stupid design decision, as if the engineers specifying these for projects are influenced by a sexy container. NO - we want it to play nice with the rest of the system. And taking up vastly more space than necessary is not playing nice.

Missing antenna!!
Description says comes with antenna but none included. Very disappointed

What a great deal! Wonderful and prompt seller support.
For those who didn't receive antennas, contact the seller. I did and the antennas were sent to me in about a weeks time. The only change I had to make was to the APN in settings as the default config used vzwstatic vs vswinternet. After the change I was off and working. Love that this unit restores service after a power outage as the device lives in a rural area frequently experiencing power outages.

Great wireless backup
Used it as a backup for our internet hosted voice mail system. If Verizon was up 99.9% as they claim I wouldn't have needed it!
