Very effective in preventing gum issues. I use it every day with my Water pik and my dentist always tells me gums look great!

I was going to give this a 1 star because it keeps popping out when using the water pik. After getting the replacement it worked perfectly. Most likely a bad batch

They fit perfectly in my Waterpik. They actually gave more pressure than the original from the dentist

The tip is a little more rigid that the original silicone one that came with my flosser, but it fits well and does the job.

These are much better than waterpik's pick-pocket tips currently, since the waterpick tips are now so soft that they are difficult to insert under the gum and impossible to keep there as you move it along. These are just the right stiffness (but not too hard so you could damage your gums), so that the water jet actually goes into and cleanses the pocket between the teeth and gums. The $ savings is secondary to the better function, but an additional bonus. They do click into the handle a bit differently--a steady, firm pressure is needed until it seats, since the groove (which needs to grab into the handle) is thinner than those on the waterpik tips.

Not fitting properly as original.

My hygienist uses these tips and I am convinced they are the best choice for everyday flossing. The rubber sets up just enough resistance to allow me to move methodically about my gums, without slippage. The opening in the tip is so small that you get a nice, forceful bead of water coming through. This particular brand fits my waterpik just fine and they are not as expensive as name brands.

They work. They do the job. A bit friendlier for the gums. I appreciate that. But they do concentrate the flow. It’sa bit harsh on some settings. But it’s good

These replacement periodontal/pocket tips fit my Waterpik water flosser perfectly and work just as expected. The soft rubber tip feels comfortable and doesn't irritate my gums. They seem well-made and durable, and the value is excellent compared to purchasing brand-name replacements. Compatibility was not an issue with my Waterpik unit, and the water flow remained consistent.
