what size is each candy?

I make peppermint candy and I crush them a little smaller blending in with white medallions. The size is a good for cooking and blending with white candy medallions. I wld order again if I need more this year😊

Absolutely! I keep 4 bags in my freezer for back up situations - I've never had it deteriorate or other wise breakdown in composition. Been doing this for years with no problem. Be sure to put it in a zip lock freezer bag before freezing as an added precaution against moisture.

How many cups in each bag?

Hey Ruth - the package is 16 oz. Unfortunately, I have already used some of mine so can’t measure the entirety. But as a guide, 1 cup of the crunchies weighs 6 oz so the whole bag should hold a little under 2.5 cups. When I make bark with it, I use 1/4 to 1/3 cup with 2 cups of white chocolate melties. (That is almost a whole bag from AC Moore). So I can make about 7-8 batches with one bag of Crunch. And I have tried several brands of crunchy, and CK is the best so far. Everyone loves the bark! Is the peppermint crunch gluten free?

The bag does not say so. That said, the ingredients are sugar, corn syrup, palm oil, soy lecithin, peppermint oil, blue1, yellow 5 and red 40. Additionally, it says, "CONTAINS SOY. MADE ON EQUIPMENT THAT ALSO PROCESSES WHEAT, MILK, EGGS AND TREE NUTS." There's your answer.
