This seller sent me a product that does not work. The seller was then unable to send me the correct return label after many attempts. The seller has poor communication skills.

So this came with a US plug and adapter which blew my electricity so had to buy a transformer for it which was heavy and ugly to have on the worktop! It’s impossible to clean the inside and after a few months, I’ve had to throw it away as noticed the inside was full of rust ?!? No idea how or why and given Ninja is a good brand, I wonder whether this is a legit Ninja product! Ninja customer service confirmed this is 100% stainless steel so how can it rust?!?

Over the past 10 months of having this, we've used our traditional oven let's say 2 times. I kid you not, we've probably used this over 100 times already. Faster to heat up, uses less electricity, and has a set-and-forget approach where you set the time and temperature and it'll automatically start when it's done "heating up" to it, not like the stove oven where you have to, or should, wait until it's "ready" before you put things in. We were debating getting the double decker or larger versions of this and we're glad we didn't. This already has enough space to do most of what we need. Except maybe cookies, but with the normal oven we would've had to do multiple batches too. The one thing you should know is the size internally is not standard, we had to get smaller muffin tins to fit. Other than that, or even in spite of that, fully recommend, would do again.

I bought this as a gift to myself after I bought my home and I LOVE it. I do almost all my non-stove cooking, baking and food prep in this thing! It is so easy and warms up in less than a minute - so crucial for me because I’m always preparing food in a rush and never seem to remember to preheat the oven. It also cooks faster and more evenly than a tradition oven. Also, I am a texture person and like all my food fairly crisp and this makes everything the perfect level of crisp. I absolutely love roasting vegetables in here - something I never did before! It really makes cooking and food prep accessible to those of us who love to eat but don’t love cooking (even my teenagers make whatever they want in here). You can pretty much chop or slice anything, add a little seasoning, and throw it in here and have an excellent meal minutes later! In fact, the other day we wanted to cook some veggie hot dogs and air fry some potatoes at the same time and it took me a while to remember that I actually have an oven I could make the hot dogs in! I put them in the foodi to start cooking while the oven warmed up, and by the time the actual oven was warmed, the hot dogs were basically done cooking in the foodi. I generally only use my “big oven” for items that don’t fit in the foodi (I have to bake cakes or make larger pizzas in the “big oven”) or if I’m making two things at once. Cleaning is fairly easy, but over almost 2 years of near constant use and minimal cleaning effort there is some grease marking throughout. I also love that it folds up and saves counter space - I have so much more usable counter space than when I had a toaster oven before this guy. And the stainless steel looks great when folded up too, so it’s not an eyesore.
