Great Culture
This culture was great. Thick, creamy, tart, and delicious. Would highly recommend. I ordered the Greek Culture also.

Delicious! Great value for the money!!!
I use this with my insta pot. I absolutely love it!!! I use whole milk, and what the insta pot after the boil and cool down, I do an 8 hour incubation. I then strain it for another 6 to 8 hours in a colander with cheesecloth in the refrigerator for more Greek style yogurt. I make sure to save 4 tablespoons of the strained yogurt in a small jar and put it in the freezer as starter for the next batch. I do one gallon of milk at a time, and then add 3 tablespoons of vanilla extract and 1 cup of honey. An absolutely delicious and healthy breakfast with granola or as a snack!!!!!!🥰

Excellent flavour, easy to use. Will keep forever.
I've made litres and litres of yogurt with this starter. The small packets are ideal and will keep fresh for a very long time. I previously purchased a small jar of starter from another source which was poor value for money and did not last without spoiling. This is excellent. Good flavour and texture, well recommended.

Excellent yogurt taste and texture-updated
The yogurt turned out perfect the taste keeps on getting better with each new patch. Only used one packet of the culture so far and now reusing ~1/3cup of the old patch per liter of milk to make new ones . Culture mixture is not consistent. the first packet resulted in thick tangy acidic yogurt the second one gave thick elastic sweet yogurt the elasticity got me worried at first but it seems normal to other types of yogurt cultures! Heating the milk to 180 F resulted in an extremely thick creamy texture .

They REFUSE to tell us HOW many spoons to HOW much milk to reculture.
Very simply, it's IMPOSSIBLE to get an answer how much milk to how much culture after you activate the sachet!! I've repeatedly written them. They are beyond vague. Sent me to their vids, which basically repeats what is on their site! HOW difficult is it to say 1 tablespoon culture to 1 quart whole milk, boiled and cooled??? THEY created these sachets. Using tiny script fonts that should be used for wedding invitations, not directions. And the booklet they include requires a magnifying glass to read. I'm a graphic artist and basic readability is vital! NO ONE should have to research how to use a product that has specific parameters. HOW can one quart of milk vs a gallon using a "spoon" of yogurt work??? I keep reading there's a relationship to how much milk and how much yogurt culture to use after the first batch (which activates the culture). I am beyond livid! SO tired of wasting time and money experimenting!

Makes great yogurt using an instant pot
I use the sauté setting on my instant pot with a gallon of whole milk (which brings it just to a boil in the 30 minute timer). Let it cool for about 45 minutes, skim off any film that’s developed, and stir in the starter culture. Pop on the lid and use the yogurt setting for 22-24 hours. When it’s done, pour the contents into a cheesecloth lined bowl, tie it and hang to strain for about an hour. Pour the strained contents in a large bowl and hand whisk for a few minutes to incorporate and smooth it out. If you use the first batch of yogurt as a starter for the next, the taste is more tart than the first.

2nd batch was great
The first batch was watery. Through it into a second batch immediately and worked great

Awesome, yogurt like it should be , not the supermarket gelatin paste
Easy, peasy lemon squeezy ( i don't understand how some say it doesn't work ) there was a bit of slimy water on the first culture but that settled with progressive culture and only clear water and yoghurt ( rather a curd) you can change it from sweet or sour as per your taste buds depending how you culture, I prefer a bit tangy. i had struggled with the slimy water if I used gelatinous market yoghurt as a starter. used both gold and blue top milks - works like a breeze

FERMENTS YAOURTS
J'ai utilisé les ferments lactiques avec une yaourtière et scrupuleusement suivi les instructions mais les yaourts sont liquides! Donc pour moi il y a un problème dans la qualité de ces ferments.
