great help to some hip and lower back issue I was having
I always had a bit of a bop when I walked and my friends always joked about it, fast forward to the ripe old age of 52 and back issue brought me into a chiropractors office and he was the first person to notice that my left leg is just a hair shorter than my right. Two layers in my left shoe and my bop is gone, my hip issues that I used to get have stopped. I don't even notice the lifts, the adhesive keeps them in place when walking so overall I am very happy with this purchase.

Good product for unequal legs
I use one of these with each pair of new shoes due to my right leg being just a little bit shorter. They work well and do not compact with use. Happy customer

They’re OK, they work but they slide
They’re OK, they work. I purchased two pairs. If you do any kind of athletics this wouldn’t be the right heel pad for you. It slides around too much.

I bought these for a friend who recently had hip surgery that left her with one leg shorter than the other. Upon putting the heel lift in her sho felt immediate relief. She is now able to walk better and has far less back pain. She loved them so much that she bought several more for her other shoes. Purchasing the two pack is quite the value. Hint: she used double stick carpet tape to adhere the lifts into her shoes!

Product came with the glue falling apart from the heel portion causing it to not stick and not stay straight.
