Can i use it anywhere?

Bought it for my husband to shave his head in the shower does a great job not as close as a razor but pretty smooth with shower soap also does a good job with just shaving cream and you need to open it each time to rinse out and dry. So far he very pleased with it.

how do i clean the razor heads of this razor plz?

You can use water and the brush provided to clean the hair out of it. Just remove the blades attachment from the base before cleaning. Since the razor can be used in the shower, I just clean it there. Make sure that you leave the blades open to air dry before putting it back together.

Can I buy a replacement power cord?

Mine did not come with a charging cord. Company was not helpful at all and I ended up buying the replacement cord for the Philips Norelco Model A00390 and it fits and works perfectly.

Where do you place the oil for proper maintenance?

Do NOT use oil on the shaver heads! This causes the cut hair and exfoliated skin to foul the rotary blades. The manufacturer also does suggest the use of any kind of lubricant.
