Exact fit and works great for my Stihl FS250R
On the Stihl FS250 motor, both crankshaft nuts are right hand threads. I incorrectly overtightened the brush head side by using an impact driver to turn it clockwise, thinking it would loosen that way, and it had seemed to move but it was just shearing the flywheel key. I finished replacing the crankshaft seals and then installed this flywheel back on the shaft and it fired right up.

WORKS AS DESIGNED
I had purchased a kit of shaft keys to install this but after receiving it I noted that the "key" was already part of the casting. I just cleaned out the old groove in the crankshaft and slid the new magneto/flywheel on and tighter it down. Good fit and finish and the brush cutter was good as new. Major save of a very expensive piece of equipment.
