No it is not. X-Stamper has it's own ink. I have that as well.

Where’s the ink that starts at $2.50 as advertised? I clicked on the page and there’s nothing cheaper than $6.57

I did not see advertised @ 2.50, however, I can see there are 3.50 + shipping charges, that's why it goes up to 6.57. Shipping costs cannot be avoided.. if you buy 2 or 3, probably the shipping cost would be about the same.
