So far I have been taking this supplement for 2 weeks. I notice that in the past if I slept for less than 7 hours, then on the next day I would feel tired, having headache and lack of energy. With this supplement I feel like I’ve got plenty of rest and not drowsy or tired at all. It’s not the same effect as drinking coffee. I just feel calm and yet energetic. This is not to say this supplement can replace your sleep. Sleep is very important and if I could I would sleep 8-9 hours every day.

The results of this nmn are not immediate, but rather accumulate over time. The results are subtle.This is my second purchase of this nmn supplement. It is a 500mg capsule. I feel it's good for me and I can tell any change in before taking it and after! It is a very good pill so is easy to swallow, which I like, feel good in general. sure it’s this. No issues with it.recomment this product !

After taking this supplement,I feel more energetic and I feel good to know that I might be adding 10% additional life expectancy. I take this supplement in addition to exercising and sticking to a plant based diet. Reports are that it is never too late to start and actually more beneficial as you get older.

It seems to be the nmn supplement shows slows aging, so I'm on board until something better comes around.
